As a Relationship Manager, I am primarily responsible for developing, managing, and growing lending relationships in the Commercial segment driven through quality service and applied management. My focus on providing 360 degrees of Relationship Management to customers to improve business profitability and serve as a one-stop shop for customer\'s banking needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop process and maintain Commercial portfolio through a proactive and consultative approach with management.Understand customer needs to improve and grow funded and non-funded businesses within the business parameters and prudential regulations, eventually affecting the bottom line.Secure existing business relationships through analysis of needs and stipulation of products and good quality services.Monthly review and analysis of existing business and clients to recognize any potential threats and devise strategies to reduce bad portfolios.Work in close relationship with Risk, CAD and other managers to ensure that credit applications (new proposals, renewals, restructuring and settlement facilities) are correctly prepared in accordance with banks credit policy and procedures.Conduct customer meetings that have defined call objectives, desired goals and well-constructed plans.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all actual and attempted customer interactions.Solicit and acquire new business as required within the defined market segments.

Monthly review and analysis of existing business and clients to recognize any potential threats and devising strategies to reduce bad portfolio.Handle all sorts of formalities for processing credit proposals (Working Capital, RF, LC, FEBP, FAFB, ERF Bank Guarantee, Encashment, and Renewal etc.Developing new business for a specific target market of Small & Medium Enterprises business and business professionals.Balancing of Margin e.g. Guarantees, LCs, etc..To collect referrals for maximum lead generation as a source to increased bank account & deposits in order to meet the set targets for the year.To provide customer service to clients in line with standards set by the bank as well as regulatory guidelines of fair treatments to customers, irrespective of the product, account size or category.
